JWC Apps ("we", "us") builds e-commerce applications, including CrossDock. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it — for this website and for our apps. Where an individual app has its own policy (for example, CrossDock's privacy policy), that policy controls for the app.

What we collect

This website: nothing beyond standard server logs. No analytics trackers, no ad pixels, no cookies for visitors.
Contact form: the name, email address, and message you choose to send us — used only to respond to you.
Our apps: account details you provide (business name, email), store connection credentials (encrypted), and the order data needed to provide the service — such as products, inventory, and shipping details for order fulfillment.

How we use it

To provide and improve our apps, route and fulfill orders between connected stores, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Data is shared only as needed to run the service: with the platforms you connect (such as Shopify, Square, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Wix), with your trading partners for order fulfillment (for example, a shipping address sent to the supplier who ships the order), and with our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payments processing via Stripe).

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; store credentials are additionally encrypted at the application layer. We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service — it is deleted on account closure, app uninstall, or verified deletion request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Our apps honor platform data-deletion requests automatically (for example, Shopify GDPR webhooks).
