Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the JWC Apps website and our applications, including CrossDock. Where an individual app publishes its own terms (for example, CrossDock's terms), those terms control for the app. By using our website or apps, you agree to these terms.

The service

Our apps connect and synchronize e-commerce stores and related business data. You are responsible for the accounts and stores you connect, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for your arrangements with your trading partners — including product pricing, margins, shipping, taxes, and returns.

Fees

Unless an app states otherwise, our apps are free to install and use. Where automated settlement is offered, an optional settlement fee (disclosed in the app) applies only to orders settled through that feature. Payment processing is provided by Stripe under its own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no infringing or deceptive product listings, no attempts to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, and no use that violates the terms of the platforms you connect (Shopify, Square, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Stripe).

Third-party platforms

Our apps interoperate with third-party platforms we don't control. Their availability, APIs, and terms may change, which can affect app functionality. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners; JWC Apps is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JWC Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them; associated data is handled per our privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
